Brickbox West OP Development LLC and Newrock Partners LLC are proposing a 9-story mixed-use building containing 257 residential multi-family units, 4,834 sq. ft. ground floor commercial space, a 3-story podium 216 spaces parking garage, and other ground floor amenities.
This proposal is being heard before the Development Review Committee (DRC) at 10am on Thursday 4/24 at the municipal building- 5399 N Dixie Highway.
